any time you would like to stop receiving emails from us, please send us an

BEST FROM ITALY LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this
Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to
which the order is being shipped.

Availability
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of many of our products, it is possible
that in some rare cases, products listed and displayed for sale on this site
may not be available.
Pricing
All the prices displayed on this site are quoted in US Dollars. We reserve
the right to with-hold or cancel an order if the pricing on our web-page has
been posted in error. We assure you that our pricing is extremely competitive
and a fair representation for the products we offer. If you find a lower price
for another olive oil, please be sure to confirm all details of what is being
offered to you. With the olive oil on our site, you are guaranteed to be receiving
a family production premium extra virgin olive oil that has been handled and
stored with care.
SHIPPING COSTS
BEST FROM ITALY LLC uses UPS (United Parcel Service) Standard Ground Service
for the safe and secure shipment of your products. You have the option of
choosing express services as well if you desire a quicker delivery time, and
rates are automatically calculated for you prior to payment so you can make
your selection accordingly. On occasion Best from Italy may use an alternate
shipper to deliver your products if we feel it is more appropriate for the
products being shipped and/or the location of the destination. In such instances,
this will not affect your rate. We always ensure all packages are appropriately
packed so that the olive oils and other products reach your door safely. We
reserve the right to cancel an order if the shipping rates have been miscalculated.
Shipping currently applies to United States. For other countries please contact
us for arrangements. Be advised that Best from Italy is not responsible for
any additional customs charges or fees that may be added beyond the USA border.
Any such fees will be the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable. All
orders are shipped out within 1-2 days of payment confirmation. At your request,
we can also offer shipping via USA Post/USPS. Contact us directly for additional
details.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take many precautions to ensure
the products you have purchased reach you in pristine condition. In the rare
event that a bottle(s) or products arrive damaged please contact us immediately
to make the necessary arrangements. All oils must still be in their original
packaging, unopened, and seals intact. Any returns must be arranged with BEST
FROM ITALY LLC within 10 business days of receipt.
